Upon completion, a Product is available for the preview by the Customer in his personal account panel on the Website. If the Customer wishes to download the Product, he can press on the file title and download the completed work.

If a Customer does not receive a completed Product by the deadline, a partial refund can be suggested. For further information on this question, view Our “Money Back Guarantees” section on the Website.
The Company will not be liable for any delays or technical problems in the delivery of the Product resulting from any malfunction of the customer’s mail-server or the customer’s internet Service Provider.
Please note that You have 10 days after your deadline to ask for any changes/revisions to be done as well as for the money back.
